Graze Tables Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of Details
All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking. The booking is not binding on The Norfolk Grazing Company until it has been accepted by The Norfolk Grazing Company in writing and all conditions have been met by you and the deposits have been made. Any booking will be automatically cancelled 14 days after the initial quotation date if a deposit has not been received.
Once you’re within 28 days of the event date we are no longer able to decrease the number of guests that you have requested at the time of booking.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time to be booked in. Full payment isn’t required until 28 days before your grazing event. If opting for any equipment rental then a £50 damage deposit will be held and refunded after your grazing date when it has been safely returned. Once we have received all items and have checked they are not damaged, your £50 damage deposit will be refunded.
Grazing table delivery and set up will be priced by location. If your grazing table is within 30 mile of our base then there will be no travelling fee. If you are outside of this distance we are still happy cater for your event depending upon enquiry and will charge a travel fee of 55p per mile each way after the free 30 mile distance is exceeded (as per google maps shortest route).
Any cancellation of an event by the client must be notified in writing by email to The Norfolk Grazing Company at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the booking is confirmed, the date and time is yours and we decline any other enquiry, no matter how many we receive. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your booking, we have a cancellation policy in place:
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel within 2-4 weeks of the event date we will retain 50% of the total balance. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date will forfeit the full cost of the booking.
Changes to dates are to be treated as a new booking and will still adhere to the above refund and cancellation policy.
Set up and Parking
We will organise a set up time and arrive at your location to set up the grazing table. Please ensure there is adequate parking for us on site.
Please note that we do not provide a table or surface so this will need to be provided by yourself or the venue. Once the table is laid the food should be consumed within 4 hours to comply with Health and Safety Laws. We then simply pack up and let you enjoy your table!
Once you’re finished with the food, simply dispose of the greaseproof paper left behind and pop any equipment to one side. This equipment is only provided if you choose to the ‘Norfolk Style’ package and you can either return the equipment within 48 hours or we will collect for a charge of 55p per mile each way (as per google maps shortest route).
Maintenance of Equipment
Any damage to or loss of the provided equipment caused by the client, clients guests, venues or venues employees will be charged accordingly and invoiced after the event. All The Norfolk Grazing Company property must be wiped clean and be ready for collection the following day at a time convenient to both parties.
All equipment including but not limited to: Wooden Boards, Baskets, Trays, Bowls, Cheese Knives and Utensils.
We do not provide refunds or offer date reschedules in case of bad weather on the date of your grazing table booking. It is vital that your grazing table is located in a shady, cool location for duration of the set up and event.
Graze Boxes Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Regrettably our boxes are non-refundable after purchase.
All graze boxes are required to be paid in full prior to order confirmation. A minimum 5 days notice is required for all graze boxes and we will send an invoice through to be paid online.
All graze boxes must be consumed within four hours of delivery/collection. If you wish to save the grazing box for later, it should be refrigerated as soon as possible and no later than within one hour. As The Norfolk Grazing Company is not in control of the environment or storage of the food after it is delivered/collected, the customer takes full responsibility for food safety immediately upon delivery/collection.
Graze Box Delivery
All of our boxes are available for collection. If you wish your box to be delivered the following charges apply:
– Within 10 mile distance: Free delivery
– 55p per mile each way outside of the 10 mile distance up to a maximum of 30 miles (as per google maps shortest route).
– Any further, please enquire if we can accommodate your request.
We are currently only offering deliveries on Saturday’s and Sunday’s and orders must be received at least 5 days before the date of delivery.
Dietary and allergen requirements should be communicated to us when booking using the enquiry form.
Please consider The Norfolk Grazing Company products are produced in facilities that handle the following ingredients: celery, cereals including gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. It is not possible to guarantee the total absence of these ingredients in any The Norfolk Grazing Company products. The Norfolk Grazing Company accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a customer as a result of consuming a product from The Norfolk Grazing Company.

The security of your personal information is very important to us. The Norfolk Grazing Company uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, SMS, accounts information and customer service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails, SMS order reminders, newsletters and offers. If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by unsubscribing or emailing email@example.com
